What types of organizations do you work with?
We work with higher education institutions, K–12 schools and districts, municipal, county and federal agencies, nonprofits, and private industry. We also coach individual leaders. If your organization is working through change, we can probably help.
How is Vista Lane different from a large consulting firm?
You work directly with the founders — not a team assigned to your account. We come out of the sectors we serve, so our recommendations account for the political and practical realities that make change hard, not just the theory of what should work.
What does a typical engagement look like?
It depends on what you need. Some engagements are a single facilitated planning session; others run several months through implementation. We scope every engagement around your situation.
Do you work with organizations outside your region?
Yes, we work with clients globally. We offer fully remote collaboration as well as in-person arrangements as needed, regardless of location.
